FAQ – Le Royaume des Cartes
Are your Pokémon products official?
Yes. All products offered on Le Royaume des Cartes are official and authentic Pokémon products. We select our items from reliable suppliers to guarantee products that meet the expectations of collectors and players.
Are the products new and sealed?
Yes. All our sealed products (Displays, ETBs, boxes, bundles...) are sent new and in their original packaging. We pay particular attention to protecting the products so that they arrive in the best possible condition.
Are the Pokémon cards in French?
The product language is indicated directly on each product page. We mainly offer Pokémon products in French, but some items may be available in other languages depending on arrivals.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared with care as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation.
How are my products packaged?
We know how important the condition of products is to collectors. Each order is carefully prepared with appropriate packaging to limit transport risks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several secure payment methods to offer you a simple and reliable shopping experience. Available options are displayed during checkout.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package tracking information when it is available.
Do you only deliver to France?
We currently deliver to France. Delivery options to other countries may be offered depending on periods and shipping conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us quickly after your purchase. We will do our best to fulfill your request before your package is shipped.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package has a problem upon receipt, contact us quickly with photos of the package and the affected product so that we can find an appropriate solution.
Are Pokémon pre-orders guaranteed?
Yes. When you place a pre-order, your product is reserved according to announced availability. Release dates may, however, change based on information communicated by Pokémon and distributors.
